The First Friday Artwalks have flourished from just a few galleries at the beginning to now include restaurants and other local Steamboat businesses joining together to celebrate the arts in Steamboat. Any one is welcome to peruse art that includes photography, jewelry, sculpture, painting and more. Each venue offers appetizers and cocktails and has become one of the most anticipated social occasions in town. The Artwalks take place the first Friday of every month and are a great celebration of local artists. Some venues include the Artists Gallery of Steamboat, Chocolate Soup, The Comb Goddess, Off the Beaten Path and more. The walk is centered around downtown and begins in the evening.
